The Silent Night
As I write this article, I think about those who wake up in the middle of the night. There are no sounds of traffic, of taxis hooting as they make their way through to the next stop, no pedestrians and no noise...
Only the wandering minds of those who have lost their sleep, searching their minds for answers to problems which keep them awake. Some worry over how to face the next day, how they will cope with so much pressure!?
It is hard to imagine how many mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, brother, sisters, orphans are going to read this article at a time like this—in the silence of the night. Usually, people overwhelmed by pressure wake up at night, after just a few hours of sleep, if any at all! They will go to the kitchen and make a cup of tea or just lie in bed, tossing and turning, looking for an answer, a way out of so much sadness, pain and fear.
"I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth." Psalms 121:1-2 (NKJV)
